Personalizing
How does the personalization work?
Pick your pet's breed, choose one of our eight art styles and type their name. The preview on the product page is the file we print, so what you see is what is made.
Can I leave the name off?
On a poster, yes: without a name the art fills the whole sheet. Everything else is printed with the name you type.
Do you need a photo of my pet?
No. We never ask for one. Each design is drawn for a breed, in our own styles.
My pet's breed is not there.
Our designs cover the most popular breeds for now. Pick the closest look, or write to hello@biscuitandyarn.com and tell us which breed you would like to see.
Orders and delivery
How long will it take?
Every piece is made after you order it. Each product page says how many business days it takes to make, and the shipping page has the rest.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to hello@biscuitandyarn.com straight away with your order number. An order goes to our printer soon after you place it, and once a piece is being made it cannot be changed.
Something is wrong with my order.
Send us a photo and we make it again. The returns page says what happens in each case.
Do I need an account?
No. You can shop and use every tool without one.
The site and your details
Where do the name rankings come from?
From public pet license records published by US cities and counties. The names page lists every source.
What do you keep about me?
Very little. Most of what you type stays in your browser. The privacy page has the details.
