What it costs
Shipping is $4.95 per order. When the made-to-order pieces in your cart come to $60 or more, shipping is free. The cart shows which applies, and the checkout shows the amount before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and D.C. We do not ship to other countries yet.
How long it takes
Nothing is printed until you order it. Making a piece takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on what it is; each product page says how long. Then the carrier delivers it.
We do not name the day a parcel will arrive, because we have not measured the carriers long enough to promise one.
Pieces made in the UK
The pet hoodie, the pet raglan T-shirt and the pet parka are made by our print partner in the UK and posted to you from there, so they take longer to arrive than the rest.
One order, more than one parcel
Different pieces are often made in different places, so one order can arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.
If something goes wrong
A parcel that arrives damaged, or never arrives, is made again at no cost. The returns page says how.
