How promotional credit works
Promotional credit is money off future orders at Biscuit & Yarn. It is a reward, not stored value: it has no cash value and is never paid out.
How you get it
- Rewards members get 2% back on our made-to-order goods, digital items and Sets.
- Pass members get 5% back on our made-to-order goods, 10% on digital items, 10% on Sets and 5% on Collective goods.
- Join the Pass within 7 days of an order and that order earns a member's credit back too, less what Rewards already added for it.
- Credit is figured on what you paid for each item, after any discount, and never on shipping or tax.
When you can use it
- Credit can be used 30 days after it is earned, once the refund window has passed.
- It expires 12 months after it can first be used. Your account shows each amount and its date.
- Credit earned as a Pass member can be used while the Pass is active. If the Pass ends, that credit waits, with its dates, until you join again.
How you use it
- Use it in your cart once you have at least $5. It can pay for up to half of an order.
- When you use it, we make a one-time code for that amount, good for 24 hours. If the order is not placed, the credit comes back.
- Credit works at Biscuit & Yarn only, and only on the account that earned it.
Refunds
- If an order is refunded, the credit it earned is taken back.
- If the Pass is refunded, the credit its membership gave is taken back.
- Credit is never taken below zero.
